FX - FORTIFIED CROSS

FX (Fortified Cross) is a passion project we've been working on for a while now, it's a blended fortified unlike anything we’ve ever come across before.

We’ve taken some White Port of well over 10 years of age, blended it with a very complex 20+ year old Tawny, then adjusted its vivacity with an expressive six-year-old Fino Sherry, before seeing to a small dosage of Ruby.

We understand that this might not be for everyone. We know that we have broken some rules and some might not forgive our new ‘fortified cross’ (hence our aptly named FX), but this is what we love to do and we’re proud of the result. It's rancio and nutty, with youthful over-age (is that a thing), and flavour and drive that just goes on and on and on!
